Conference Fees

Regular registration fee	480 € (510 € after July 1st, 2006 )
The registration fee includes the conference proceedings, book of abstracts, Welcome Party, Industrial Evening. It does not include the Tutorial on Saturday / Sunday and the Bavarian Evening.
Regular registration fee for students	220 € (250 € after July 1st , 2006 )
The students fee does not include the proceedings, the Tutorial on Saturday / Sunday or the Bavarian Evening.
Two-days ticket	290 €
This special ticket is only valid for the conference and exhibition on Tuesday and Wednesday including book of abstracts and Industrial Evening.
Tutorial: Fundamentals and Trends of Plasma Surface Processing
Regular :	300 €
Students:	150 €
This ticket is only valid for the Tutorial on Saturday and Sunday.
Bavarian Evening (incl. 5.52 € VAT)	40 €
Participation is only possible with this additional ticket
Accompanying persons	60 €
Fee includes Welcome Party, Industrial Evening as well as Bavarian Evening.

We kindly ask all students to present their (valid) student card as well as their (valid) ID to the employees of the conference office.

Payment conditions for conference fees

All stated conference fees are free of VAT according to §4 (22a) UStG (German value-added tax law). A letter of confirmation of your registration to the PSE 2006 will be sent to you by e-mail including the invoice.The price for the Bavarian Evening is inclusive 16 % VAT.

The preferred methods of payment are by credit card (VisaCard / MasterCard / AmericanExpressCard) or by wire bank transfer (drawn on a German bank) within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. Late and on-site registrations can only be accepted after payment by credit card (VisaCard / MasterCard / AmericanExpressCard) or in cash at the beginning of the conference.

Cancellations and substitutions are accepted if written notification is received. A cancellation fee of 100 € will be charged before June 10 th , 2006. After this date, no refunds of the registration fees will be made.
