Industrial Workshop: Successful Applications of Plasma and Ion-based Processes

Speakers from Industry will present successful examples for a transfer of plasma surface technologies from research to real industrial applications. This workshop will serve as a practice oriented forum for dialog between the research sector and the industry. Both sides will have advantages by this dialog to solve open questions practically.

Specialists from Industry are requested to announce corresponding papers.

This Industrial Workshop will be organized by Dr. Reinar Gruen from Plasma Technik Grün GmbH, Siegen, Germany together with VDI Technology Center, Germany in cooperation with the Society of Vacuum Coaters, USA (SVC).
